We typically ship within 24 hours of placing your order if it is non custom apparal; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
We exclusively ship to countries operated by our designated shipping service.
All orders are shipped and tracked through our chosen carrier. LDM assumes no responsibility for delays arising from customs clearance processes or taxation in foreign countries.
Additionally, LDM is not liable for lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the sender.

Changed your mind? No worries, we accept exchanges or refunds within 5 days after delivery for apparel. To qualify, your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with all original product packaging (box, bag, and care card). Any damage resulting from negligence during the return process will be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be issued after a thorough inspection upon arrival, excluding the initial delivery charge. Please be aware that resized items, customized, damaged, or altered items after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are non-refundable, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For added protection, we recommend using a traceable delivery service when returning the parcel.
In the event of a cancellation, orders can be canceled with a 15% restocking fee until they have shipped. If a cancellation request is made after the order has shipped, the customer agrees not to be refunded the shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to errors.
